Luanda – The Minister of Industry, Bernarda Martins, inaugurated on Friday, April 27th, in Catete, a factory dedicated to the production of raffia bags for packaging corn flour, wheat, cassava, cement and other products. This is IMEX, a manufacturing unit with a daily production of 100,000 bags of different sizes (25 kg, 50 kg and 150 kg), which corresponds to 1200 tons per year. With an investment of more than four million US dollars, the company employs 55 people, 51 of whom are Angolan and four are expatriates.
